Ryan Buglass – Joint Chair
Having previously held senior management positions in corporate organisations it was a fantastic career change for me to go and work at Amitola Communities, allowing me to meet and work with some really great people in a much different environment than I was used to.
As The Hut was set up in 2011 I was interested in joining the trustees as what they offer is a safe space for members to develop in lots of different ways, I joint chair alongside Penny.
