The Wellness Haven is based in the Hubble, the smaller of the buildings at The Hut.

Our space has been designed by our members with twinkly lights on the ceiling. A place where you can relax, breathe and focus on your wellbeing.

Through this booklet you will be introduced to our programme, giving you an opportunities to read more about each session.

In our sessions you will learn different techniques that will help you breathe, meditate, journal and get motivated, where you will be offer our continued support and encouragement to boast your wellbeing.

Monday

10:30-11:15 Take A Breath with Emma Breathing brings many benefits. It can help manage stress and even pain. Reduces those feelings of anxiety and depression. Promotes calmness and can improve your mood. In these session you will learn different breathing techniques that you can use in everyday life. Breathing brings many benefits. 11:30-12:45 Hearing Voices This group offers a calm, supportive space to gently check in with yourself and others.  There’s no pressure to speak,  you’re welcome just as you are, and simply being present is enough, we come together to share experiences, listen, and feel understood in a non-judgmental environment.
1:30-2:30 or 3-4 Move It Or Lose It The Move it or Lose It programme is suitable for older adults including those who want to improve their fitness mobility and confidence have long term health conditions such as COPD or heart disease use a wheelchair or mobility issues and are looking for a fun friendly way to be active and meet new people.

Tuesday
10:30-11:15 Lets have a Laugh Our laughter yoga group is great to just let go, it helps the body and mind to feel energised. Reduces the stress we may feel. They always say laughter is the best medicine, this session will certainly make you smile and hopefully let go and laugh out loud. We use music, movement and of course lots of laughing. Everyone leaves the session feeling better than when they came in.
11:30-12:45 Wellness Warriors Learn breathwork techniques, that will help with anxiety, relaxation and help you to feel calmer. A mindfulness activity that will help with focus and grounding and give our mental turbulence time to rest. A taster of Move it or Lose it, where we do a do seated gentle exercise moving, improving strength and flexibility. At the end of each session a gentle meditation, to relax. A must for those that like a bit of everything and want to be a true Wellness Warrior.
 1:30-2:45 The Wandering Mind The emotional and physical benefits of meditation can include, helping you to focus, become more self aware. Reduce negative feelings and gives you a new way to look at things that cause you worry or stress. You can sit or lay down for your guided meditation session.
Friday
10:30-11:15 Body Magic A gentle tap around your body, helping to calm your mind. Emma will show you a tapping sequence that will be easy to follow and will help with managing emotions and stress. You can sit down or stand or do a bit of both From time to time we offer variations to this session where we may use; different types of dance or drumming and Toning
11:30-12:45 Stepping Stones Discover healthy strategies for navigating life’s challenges in our weekly coaching group. We’ll explore topics like decision making and communication, and you’ll gain practical, stress-busting ideas to carry you through the weekend. We’ll end each session with a gentle, guided meditation to leave you feeling centered and calm
3-4 The Wellness Toolkit A rolling 4 week programme that you can join at anytime. Nature in a DropExplore essential oils as a calming way to connect with nature and support emotional balance.  Gentle Ways of JournalingEasy, pressure-free journaling to help you reflect, express, and check in with yourself. The Restful BreathSimple breathing practices to support calm, focus, and daily living. Calm NightPractical skills and routines to help you wind down and support better sleep.
My Journey Coaching 1-1 – Wellness and Sleep Coaching (75 minutes session) £20

My Journey Coaching grew from a passion for supporting people to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their wellbeing, especially during times of stress, change, or burnout. I use the GROW coaching model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) to gently guide each session, helping you explore where you are now, what you want to move towards, and the practical steps that feel right for you. This structured yet flexible approach creates clarity while keeping you firmly at the centre of the process. My 75-minute coaching sessions combine conversation-based coaching with breathwork and meditation, allowing time not just to talk, but to pause, regulate the nervous system, and connect with what’s happening in the body as well as the mind. These practices support emotional balance, focus, and deeper self-awareness, making the coaching experience more grounded and effective. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and realistic — there are no quick fixes, just supportive space, practical tools, and gentle accountability. I work at your pace, meeting you where you are, and supporting you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self trust.

What we ask from you:

  • To wear comfy clothes, that you can move around easily in, shoes that you can take off easily
  • Bring a drink of water if you would like, we do have water available 
  • To arrive 10 minutes before your session, we can then get you settled in ready to start
  • If you have booked in and no longer wish to attend that you let us know so we can offer the place to someone else

Session Fee’s:

We believe that we offer outstanding value for money at The Hut. We have tried to keep our sessions affordable for everyone. All sessions must be pre booked with 48 hours cancellation or you maybe charged.
